We are seeking qualified, experienced, and results-driven Mine Manager, Geologist, Mine Captain and Administrator. Mine Manager to lead and oversee its mining operations in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, direct, and control daily mining operations to meet production targets.

Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Develop and implement mine plans, budgets, and production schedules.

Lead, supervise, and develop mining personnel and contractors.

Monitor operational performance and optimize productivity and costs.

Ensure effective maintenance and availability of mining equipment.

Liaise with regulatory authorities and senior management.

Prepare and submit operational and statutory reports.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering or a related field.

Minimum of 8–12 years’ mining experience, with at least 5 years at senior management level.

Strong knowledge of open-pit and/or underground mining operations.

Proven leadership and decision-making skills.

Valid professional membership.
