Background
Atlas Workforce Limited invites qualified professionals to apply for multiple full-time positions in mine operations jobs in Lusaka, Zambia. We are seeking talented individuals to join our team and contribute to the success of our mining operations.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and supervise daily mining activities including extraction, production scheduling, and drill and blast design.
- Ensure compliance with Zambian mining legislation and maintain a zero-harm safety culture.
- Coordinate operating and capital budgets and support Life of Mine planning.
- Lead and develop engineering, geology, and site operations teams to optimize workforce efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mining Engineering or related discipline.
- Valid Mine Manager’s Certificate of Competency or relevant local blasting/competency license.
