CAREER OPPORTUNITIES IN THE CORPORATE REGULATORY INDUSTRY (LUSAKA)
Our client, a reputable organization in the corporate regulatory sector, is seeking suitably qualified candidates to fill the following permanent and pensionable positions:
MONITORING AND EVALUATION OFFICER (1 POSITION)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implement day-to-day monitoring and evaluation activities in line with the organization’s M&E framework and Strategic Plan.
- Track progress of strategic and departmental work plans against key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collect, validate, and analyse performance data from all departments.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports, including progress against service charters.
- Develop and maintain real-time dashboards for management and board decision-making.
- Support programme evaluations, including mid-term and end-term reviews of strategic initiatives.
- Assist departments in target setting, work plan alignment, and building M&E capacity.
- Coordinate timely and accurate data collection across departments.
- Maintain accurate records of all M&E data, reports, and evaluation findings.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Development Studies, Statistics, Public Administration, Monitoring & Evaluation, Business Administration, or related field.
- Certificate in M&E required unless holding a Bachelor’s in M&E.
- Minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification experience in monitoring and evaluation.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Solid knowledge of M&E methodologies (logical frameworks, indicator development, data collection methods).
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (SPSS, Stata, Excel, Power BI).
- Strong analytical, research, and report-writing skills.
- Attention to detail, integrity, and ability to work collaboratively across departments.
