Open Positions

1. Sales & Marketing Personnel

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute promotional strategies to attract customers
• Manage social media and digital presence
• Coordinate campaigns and events to increase brand visibility
• Build and maintain client relationships

Requirements:

• Experience in marketing, sales, or customer engagement (preferably in hospitality)
• Excellent communication and networking skills
• Creativity and ability to work under minimal supervision

2. Head Chef

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all kitchen operations and staff
• Plan menus and specials in line with customer preferences
• Ensure food quality, hygiene, and consistency
• Manage inventory and coordinate with suppliers

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a chef, preferably in a busy restaurant or grill
• Strong leadership and menu planning skills
• Certification in culinary arts is an added advantage

3. Floor Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise service staff to ensure high-quality customer service
• Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues professionally
• Ensure cleanliness and order on the floor
• Coordinate between the kitchen and service teams

Requirements:

• Experience in restaurant or bar floor management
• Good leadership, multitasking, and customer service skills
• Must be reliable, organized, and team-oriented
