WE’RE HIRING – NETWORK TRAINING & ANIMATION SPECIALIST

? Company: RUBiS Zambia

? Location: Lusaka

? Reports to: Retail Head

RUBiS Zambia is looking for a dynamic Network Training & Animation Specialist to enhance partner engagement, improve network performance and support the effective implementation of network initiatives.

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support and animate the partner network
• Conduct regular field visits and performance reviews across the retail network
• Implement network engagement, marketing initiatives and operational excellence programmes
• Deliver training and communication programmes
• Monitor compliance with operational and brand standards
• Prepare performance reports and recommendations

? REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in franchise, dealer, distributor or retail network management
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to travel regularly

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: bachelor degree
