About the Position

This full-time role is offered on a two-year contract basis at InterContinental Lusaka, a prestigious hotel located in Lusaka, Zambia. The Night Manager will serve as the senior management representative during the night shift, ensuring seamless hotel operations and maintaining the brand’s reputation for excellence.

• Candidate Requirements
• A Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in hotel operations, preferably within Front Office roles.
• Proven supervisory or management experience in a hotel environment.
• Experience working in 4- or 5-star hotels is highly preferred.
• Previous roles as Night Manager, Night Supervisor, or Front Office management are advantageous.
• Proficiency with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong leadership and coordination capabilities.
• Confidence to represent management during night shifts.
• Excellent guest service recovery skills and VIP handling expertise.
• Comprehensive knowledge of hotel security, fire safety, and health procedures.
