Background
Maxlin Enterprise Limited, a trusted Zambian provider of cleaning and hygiene solutions, is seeking a highly competent and results-driven Operations & Contracts Manager. The role ensures that the Company meets its operational targets, complies with relevant regulations, and delivers high-quality services across all sites.
Main Duties
- Manage all contracts to ensure compliance, quality service delivery, and timely payment support.
- Oversee day-to-day operations and provide leadership to Site Managers for efficient service execution.
- Ensure full adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all sites to maintain service excellence.
- Strengthen customer relationships through regular engagements, timely responses, and professional follow-ups.
- Monitor operational performance, address gaps promptly, and drive continuous improvement.
- Prepare accurate operational reports and maintain proper documentation for decision-making and accountability.
Qualifications
The successful candidate must have:
- Grade 12 Certificate (including Mathematics and English).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Project Management, or related field.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in a similar role.
- Experience in a service-oriented industry is an added advantage.

- Strong understanding of contract execution and service-level monitoring.
- Excellent leadership, coordination, and people management skills.
- Strong communication and customer relationship management abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify gaps and implement solutions.
- High integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Team player with strong collaboration skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and operational reporting.
