Build relationships with supermarket chains, mines, and contractors to facilitate SME Order Financing.

Personally manage the sales pipeline and represent the brand at industry forums and SME associations.

Oversee the rollout of the digital lending application, ensuring the "Financial Health Check" and budgeting tools are functional.

Draft and implement core operational processes, including the Credit Policy, disbursement workflows, and collection steps.

Ensure full compliance with PACRA, FIC, and lending regulations.

Recruit, train, and manage the founding branch team.

3. Portfolio Quality & Financial Oversight (20%)

Monitor the loan book to ensure high repayment rates and keep Portfolio at Risk (PAR) within board-approved limits.

Manage daily liquidity to ensure constant availability of lending capital.

Provide transparent monthly performance reports to the Board of Directors.

4. Culture & Values Stewardship (10%)

Embed the "Four Oaks" values, Integrity, Humility, and Hard Work into daily operations.

Act as a champion for financial literacy, ensuring 100% of clients engage with our educational tools.

Candidate Requirements

Grit: Comfortable working in a lean startup environment and building processes from the ground up.

Technical Proficiency: Experience with digital lending platforms or financial software implementation.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, or Economics. Professional certifications (ACCA/CIMA) are a plus.

Values: A leader who "Keeps Their Word" and is willing to "Serve with Humility" by being hands-on with both clients and staff.
