JOB DETAILS:
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily sites & company operations.
- Translate management plans into action.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings.
- Manage procurement & logistics.
- Ensuring quality, health & safety, and site compliance.
- Communicate between site teams and office to remove delays and improve workflow.
Requirements:
- Minimum diploma or bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Operations Management, Project Management or related fields.
- Minimum 2-5 years in Operations experience, preferably in a construction/engineering environment.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
- Able to drive with a valid drivers licence.
