JOB DETAILS:
• We are searching for a motivated Safari Lodge Operations Supervisor, based in Lusaka but looking after two safari lodges in Lower Zambezi and Kafue National Park. The role requires a broad range of skills, local knowledge, dedication, significant attention to detail and organisation.
• A minimum of 6 year’s Safari hospitality work experience – ideally with at least 3 years in Operations
Responsibilities include
• Oversee the operations and logistics of the lodges
• Lodge maintenance plans and schedules
• Staff management,
• Wildlife conservation initiatives
• Stakeholder management
• Lodge supplies and stock management
• Time management skills and ability to work under pressure
• Monthend reporting
Education Requirement: No Requirements
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 36
