B-ne Innovations Limited is seeking ambitious and results-oriented professionals to join our team as PECB Training Sales Representatives. In this role, you will promote globally recognized PECB-certified training programs to corporates, government institutions, NGOs, and individual professionals.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective clients across corporate, government, and NGO sectors
- Present and promote PECB training programs with accuracy and professionalism
- Generate, manage, and track leads through consistent follow-ups
- Meet weekly outreach and reporting targets
- Collaborate with the company to support deal conversion and closure
Compensation Structure
- Commission-based engagement
Candidate Profile
We are looking for individuals who demonstrate:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets
- Existing professional networks in corporate, NGO, or government sectors (an advantage)
- Interest or basic understanding of IT, cybersecurity, or professional certification programs
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
