Principal Legal Officer Lusaka
Job Purpose
To render Legal services to the Corporation. .

Job Responsibilities:
• Representing the company in courts of law and tribunals.
• Attending to letters of demand.
• Rendering support to the office of Company Secretary.
• Providing well researched legal opinions.
• Legal drafting and conveyancing.
• Attending to commercial transactions, negotiations and bid evaluations.
• Preparation of reports.
• Any other lawful duties as may be assigned to the office.

  Job Qualifications:
• Must be Zambian
• Grade 12 Certificate
• Bachelor of Laws (LLB)
• Zambia Institute of Advanced Legal Education Certificate with a minimum of 3 years standing at the Bar.
• Must be a member of the Law Association of Zambia.
• Clean Driving License
• No Criminal Record
• Must be between 30 to 40 Years Old
