Job Summary:

Responsible for safely operating a manual Rosa bus to transport passengers in compliance with traffic laws, company policies, and road safety regulations. Ensures passenger safety, vehicle maintenance checks, and professional customer service at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the Rosa manual bus safely and efficiently on assigned routes.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, PSV regulations, and company procedures.
• Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper condition of the bus.
• Collect fares and ensure daily agreed cashing
• Report mechanical faults, incidents, or accidents promptly to operations supervisor.
• Maintain discipline, punctuality, and professional conduct.
• Ensure passenger safety during boarding, transit, and alighting.

Requirements:

• Valid PSV Driver’s License, Registered TPIN, NHIMA and NAPSA.
• Proven experience driving a manual bus with traceable references.
• Clean driving record.
• Good knowledge of road safety rules and Lusaka routes.
• Physically fit and able to work flexible hours.
