About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Painter and Decorator to deliver high-quality interior and exterior finishes across our construction projects. You will work on residential and commercial builds, ensuring surfaces are properly prepared and finished to specification.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by filling, sanding, and priming before application
• Mix and apply paints, varnishes, and coatings to walls, ceilings, and fixtures
• Execute interior and exterior decorative finishes to client specifications
• Ensure clean, precise results with minimal wastage
• Work to project timelines and report progress to the site supervisor
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working order

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in painting and decorating
• Experience with both interior and exterior applications
• Knowledge of different surface preparation techniques and paint types
• Keen eye for detail and clean finishing
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
