Responsibilities or duties

Drive aftermarket revenue by selling genuine machinery parts, managing customer accounts, and minimizing equipment downtime through prompt, accurate service.

• Assist customers in identifying correct parts using SIS 2.0
• Create and follow up on quotes, process orders efficiently
• Provide backorder status updates and plan parts releases via CRM
• Utilize SAP ERP and Hydraulic Information System (HIS)
• Prepare shopping carts and quotations on Parts.Cat.com (PCC)

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

Full Grade 12 certificate with strong results

Diploma or Certificate in Supply Chain Management or equivalent

Membership with Zambia Institute of Purchasing and Supply (ZIPS)

Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems

Clean driver’s license and ability to operate lifting equipment

Experience needed

2 to 5 years’ experience in a parts warehouse environment

Key Competencies: Attention to detail, customer service orientation, communication skills, mechanical understanding, and basic financial acumen.
