Job Role Context

This role is for a Parts & Service Sales Representative (PSSR) based in Solwezi, Zambia.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of Sandvik Mining products and aftermarket services.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Provide technical support and solutions to customers.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Technical qualification or equivalent experience.
• University/College Degree is desirable.
• Minimum 3 years’ customer-facing experience in a technical or industrial field.
• Knowledge of Sandvik Mining products.
• Surface mining equipment and aftermarket product experience.
• Sales and marketing experience.
• Mining industry experience.
• Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ) membership.
• Valid Zambian Driver’s Licence.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
