JOB DETAILS:
Responsibilities:
- Assist pastry chef in preparing cakes, pastries, breads, and desserts.
- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness of baking area, utensils, and ovens.
- Decorate pastries and ensure proper presentation.
- Monitor stock of baking supplies and ingredients.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.
Qualifications:
- Certificate/diploma in baking, culinary arts, or related field (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of pastry preparation and techniques.
- Ability to follow instructions and recipes accurately.
- Attention to detail and creativity in presentation.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to learn and work long hours if required
