The following positions are available at GardaWorld Security.

PATROL/FIELD SUPERVISORS

Key Responsibilities

Visit sites regularly to monitor attendance and performance of officers.
Ensure duties are performed uniformly and in line with established regulations.
Ensure regulations and procedures are adhered to by employees on site.
Ensure log books and reports are consistently maintained to keep management informed.
Address emergencies promptly, taking all necessary actions to protect people and property.
Ability to identify vulnerabilities and prevent breaches, and ensuring a proactive approach.
Ensure officers are well dressed and have a professional appearance.
Maintain discipline amongst officers.
Address or escalate queries raised by officers in the field.
Any other duties assigned by superiors.
Qualifications & Experience

Grade Twelve Certificate
Certificate/Advanced certificate in Security Operations, Supervisory Management or equivalent.
Minimum three (3) years’ Security experience in control room, Operations, Staffing etc
Valid Motor Bike license;
AREA COORDINATOR

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and ensure the effective delivery of security services at all assignments within the designated area.
Ensure that all compliance documents (site files, post assessments, work risk assessments, training records etc) are up to date, where appropriate signed by the client.
Ensure that security officers are well presented, wearing proper uniforms and displaying identification badges as required.
Regularly visit and supervise assigned security sites within the area to ensure officers perform their duties effectively.
Foster strong relationships with clients within the designated area.
Collaborate with the training department to ensure security officers within the area receive appropriate training.
Respond to and manage security-related incidents within the area.
Maintain accurate records of site visits, officer performance, incidents, and client interactions.
Monitor communication from the field on security related incidents, giving feedback and maintenance of data for analysis to give trends;
Assisted the area manager to develop and submit branch management and operations performance reports in a timely manner.
Qualifications & Experience

Grade 12 Certificate;
Diploma in Security Management or related
Minimum three (3) years Operational experience as a Senior Controller, Area Supervisor or other
relevant operations experience within a security organization;

Experience in Months: 36

Level of Education: bachelor degree
