Job Opportunity: Personal Assistant (Marketing & Events )
Are you a highly organized, social, and creative professional looking for a dynamic role? We are seeking a versatile Personal Assistant to provide high-level support and manage marketing and event initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves connecting with people, and has a sharp eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive Support: Managing schedules, coordinating travel, and handling daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Marketing & Social Media: Assisting with digital marketing campaigns, managing social media presence, and creating engaging content.
- Event Coordination: Planning and executing both professional and social events—from venue sourcing to guest list management.
- Relationship Management: Acting as a primary point of contact and maintaining positive relationships with partners and vendors.
What We Are Looking For
- Location: Based in or within easy commuting distance of Kabulonga.
- Experience: Proven background in Marketing and/or Event Planning.
- Personality: Naturally friendly, outgoing, and social. You should be comfortable navigating diverse social settings with poise.
- Skills: Exceptional communication (written and verbal), strong multitasking abilities, and proficiency in modern digital tools.
- Discretion: A high level of integrity and the ability to handle confidential information with care.
Candidate should be able to start immediately
