JOB DETAILS:

Location: Lusaka, Zambia

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manages a comprehensive pest control program, ensuring compliance, efficiency and effectiveness.
• Will be the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns.
• Coordinate technicians and ensure the smooth running of the office
• Invoicing all pest control invoices
• Conduct regular inspections in the field with clients
• Any other duty assigned to you.

Qualifications:

• Must be a qualified public health or environmental health profession
• Hands on experience in pest control and environmental health.
• Strong Skills in technical and administrative expertise in pest control
• Strong organizational skills and communication
• Must understand pest biology, control methods and safety regulations
• Possess excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Must be detail oriented and able to work independently
• Must be able to work under pressure & multitask
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Able to coordinate teams
• Able to conduct inspections and field visits.
• Experience in sales coordination and tender management.
• Proficiency in invoicing and sales reporting.
