Mair Pharmacy Ltd is a community-focused pharmacy dedicated to delivering high-quality healthcare services and personalized customer care. We are currently looking for qualified Pharmacy Technicians who have completed their studies and hold a valid HPCZ license(Temporal or full), but are seeking to gain or deepen their experience in a retail pharmacy setting.
Position Overview:
This role is ideal for newly licensed Pharmacy Technicians looking to build practical, hands-on experience in a supportive retail environment. You’ll work closely with licensed pharmacists and a dynamic team, gaining exposure to real-world pharmacy operations, patient interaction, and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately prepare and dispense medications under the supervision of a pharmacist
- Provide professional and courteous service to all customers and patients
- Manage stock levels, check expiry dates, and assist in inventory control
- Process prescriptions using pharmacy software systems
- Adhere to pharmacy laws, regulations, and internal policies
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards of practice
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Pharmacy Technology
- Valid HPCZ license (Temporal or Full) to practice as a Pharmacy Technician
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Customer service mindset
