Muky Pharmacy Ltd is inviting applications from suitably qualified and motivated individuals to fill the position of Pharmacy Technologist.

Key Responsibilities

Dispense medicines and medical supplies in accordance with professional and regulatory standards.

Provide accurate information and advice to patients regarding the use of medicines.

Maintain proper records of medicines dispensed and ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations.

Assist in inventory management, including stock control, ordering, and proper storage of pharmaceutical products.

Ensure the pharmacy environment is clean, organized, and compliant with regulatory requirements.

Support the pharmacist in the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy.

Deliver excellent customer service and uphold professional ethical standards.

Ensure adherence to Zambia Medicines Regulatory Authority (ZAMRA) guidelines and other relevant regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements

Diploma in Pharmacy Technology from a recognized institution.

Must be registered with the Health Professions Council of Zambia (HPCZ) with a valid practicing license.

At least 2 years of work experience in a retail pharmacy setting will be an added advantage.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Honest, reliable, and professional with a strong commitment to patient care.
