JOB DETAILS:

Key Duties:

1. Install and repair hotel plumbing systems.
2. Inspect water systems and identify faults.
3. Fix leaks, clogs, and drainage issues promptly.
4. Maintain water heaters and pumps.
5. Respond to maintenance requests quickly.
6. Work with other departments on installations.
7. Ensure compliance with health and building regulations.
8. Maintain plumbing tools and supplies inventory.
9. Keep maintenance records updated.
10. Recommend system improvements where needed.

Requirements:

• Age 35 and above
• Minimum 2 years practical experience in a fast-paced hotel environment
• Craft Certificate or Diploma in Plumbing (practical, not theoretical)
• Degree is an added advantage
• Honest, with integrity and effective communication skills.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: bachelor degree
