JOB DETAILS:

Job Summary:
The Plumber installs, repairs, and maintains pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing systems used for water distribution and wastewater disposal in residential and commercial buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures for water, gas, and drainage systems.
• Install and repair appliances like water heaters, dishwashers, and toilets.
• Locate and repair issues such as leaks, clogs, and broken pipes.
• Inspect plumbing systems and identify problems.
• Ensure all work complies with plumbing codes and safety standards.
• Estimate time and material costs for projects.
• Use hand and power tools to perform duties.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience as a professional Plumber.
• Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber license.
• In-depth knowledge of water, gas, and drainage systems.
• Knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and physical strength.
