JOB DETAILS:

Farm Select Limited is a leading poultry enterprise involved in the rearing of point-of-lay pullets and the production of high-quality table eggs. As we expand our operations, we are seeking to recruit dependable, disciplined, and committed individuals to serve as Poultry Attendants at our Katuba and Makeni sites in Lusaka.

Key Responsibilities
• Feed, water, and care for poultry stock on a daily basis.
• Clean and disinfect poultry houses, equipment, and surroundings.
• Monitor flock health and promptly report abnormal signs or mortality.
• Support the execution of vaccination and debeaking programs.
• Comply with all biosecurity and hygiene protocols as prescribed by the farm’s management.

Minimum Requirements
• Minimum education of Grade 12.
• Certificate in General Agriculture is an added advantage.
• Prior experience in poultry farming is preferred but not mandatory.
• Physically fit and capable of handling physically demanding work.
• Demonstrates high levels of personal discipline, honesty, and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work early hours and maintain a strict hygiene routine.
