Background information about the job or company:

Bootstrap Christian University is establishing a new Department of Nursing & Midwifery within the School of Health Sciences. We are looking for dedicated professionals to shape the future of Christian nursing and midwifery education.

Responsibilities or duties:

• Provide academic leadership and strategic direction for the Nursing & Midwifery department.
• Oversee curriculum development, faculty, student affairs, quality assurance, and clinical partnerships.

Qualifications or requirements:

• Master’s degree in Nursing (MScN) or related field.
• Current, unrestricted RN license/registration.
• Minimum 10 years post-registration experience in Nursing/Midwifery practice.

Experience needed:

• Minimum 5 years in nursing/midwifery education with 3 years in senior academic leadership.
• Proven experience in curriculum design, faculty development, and clinical partnerships.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: postgraduate degree
