Responsibilities or duties

• Oversees the mineral processing plant to maximize ore recovery and concentrate quality.
• Monitors and adjusts processing parameters such as grinding, flotation, and leaching circuits.
• Conducts metallurgical test work and analyzes plant performance data.
• Implements process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensures environmental compliance in tailings and water management.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

• Grade 12 Certificate with five (5) O-Level credits or better
• Willing to work shifts and overtime as required
• Good communication skills
• Age 18 years and above
