JOB DETAILS:

This position reports to the Supply and Procurement Manager. Successful candidate will be responsible for the below duties.

Responsibilities 

•  Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers for raw materials, packaging, and other consumables.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to optimize value and quality.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production to forecast procurement needs.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulatory requirements in sourcing.
• Track purchase orders and deliveries to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Manage vendor relationships and performance through regular evaluations.
• Collaborate with the quality assurance and production teams to maintain material standards.
• Stay informed about market trends, pricing shifts, and supply chain risks.

Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience

•  Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–4 years of procurement experience, preferably in the food or beverage industry.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with sourcing perishable and food-grade materials is a plus.
• Understanding of industry regulations, food safety, and sustainability practice
