Role Overview

The Procurement Officer supports the company’s electricity distribution operations by helping ensure that goods and services are sourced efficiently and in line with business needs. The role typically involves coordinating procurement activities, communicating with suppliers, obtaining and evaluating quotations, and supporting timely delivery of required items.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate purchasing activities and assist with sourcing goods and services required by the business.
• Request and review supplier quotations and support supplier selection.
• Follow up on orders and deliveries to support the timely availability of required supplies.
• Maintain procurement documentation and communicate with internal teams and suppliers.
