Background information about the job or company:

The Production and Operations Expert will be responsible for providing technical leadership and guidance to strengthen the production and operational efficiency of agribusiness firms and producer organizations (POs). The role requires strong exposure to manufacturing operations, good manufacturing practices (GMP), Agro-processing—particularly in food—certifications and standards, input procurement, production planning, costing, and pricing.

• - Experienced in food processing, agribusiness, and manufacturing technologies
• - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• - Member of a relevant professional body
• - Proficient in English
• - Holds a valid driver’s license
