About HYPERLABS Zambia Ltd:
HYPERLABS Zambia Ltd is expanding its operations with the construction of a new factory. We are seeking an experienced Project Foreman to oversee and coordinate all on-site activities, ensuring the project is executed efficiently, safely, and within the planned timeframe and budget.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring quality and adherence to project plans.
• Coordinate and manage construction workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and report to the Project Manager.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Maintain daily records of site activities, material usage, and workforce attendance.
• Liaise with engineers, architects, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of the project.
• Oversee site logistics, including deliveries and workforce scheduling.
• Address and resolve site challenges to keep the project on track.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Foreman or Site Supervisor in construction projects, preferably factory or industrial buildings.
• Diploma or certification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple teams.
• Excellent understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Hands-on experience with site logistics, workforce coordination, and safety compliance.
• Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making on-site.
• Must have a valid driver’s license (preferred).
