- Someone comfortable in an early-stage environment where not everything is defined, and who builds the structure
Advantageous: PropTech, real estate, marketplace or financial services experience; agile/scrum exposure (PMP, PRINCE2 or similar); a network in Zambia’s business, real estate or tech sectors; startup experience; familiarity with no-code/low-code platforms such as Bubble.io.
What We Offer
- Competitive salary of ZMW 12,000 - 18,000 per month, commensurate with experience
- Performance bonus tied to platform launch milestones
- Direct access to the Founder and real influence on company strategy
- Flexible hybrid working in Lusaka
- A pathway to permanent leadership as the company grows
