Key Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers in tracking project milestones, schedules, and deliverables for IT clients.
• Prepare project documentation, meeting minutes, and weekly status reports.
• Serve as a liaison between technical teams and clients to ensure timely service delivery.
• Support quality assurance reviews and monitor customer satisfaction post-delivery.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, or Business Information Systems.
• Basic understanding of project management frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, or Scrum).
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and customer-centric approach.
