JOB DETAILS:
WE’RE HIRING – PROJECT MANAGER
MasterGlass & Boards is looking for a hands-on Project Manager to oversee our carpentry workshop and site installations.
If you have experience working with carpenters, fittings, or interior projects – we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily workshop operations
- Supervise carpenters and production workflow
- Oversee site installations (kitchens, wardrobes, fittings)
- Ensure quality control and timely project delivery
- Coordinate materials, cutting & edging schedules
Requirements:
- Experience in carpentry, cabinetry, or interior projects
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to manage both workshop & field teams
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Bonus: Carpentry background will be a strong advantage
