Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end project execution, from planning to handover.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.
• Monitor project milestones and address delays or risks proactively.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with project specifications.
• Lead project meetings and present updates to clients and stakeholders.
• Mentor team members and foster a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in construction.
• Registered with EIZ or equivalent professional body.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools.
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
