About the Role

We're looking for a passionate, energetic psychologist to spearhead our Bonse Wellness — leading both in-person and online consultations as we reshape how Zambia accesses mental health support. If you believe healthcare should be proactive, culturally rooted, and genuinely accessible, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage physical and virtual client consultations through the Bonse Wellness platform
  • Design and deliver corporate wellness programmes and workplace mental health interventions
  • Drive mental health advocacy initiatives
  • Administer and interpret culturally relevant psychometric assessments
  • Collaborate with the product team to improve digital mental health tools and content
  • Maintain clinical documentation in line with ethical and regulatory standards
  • Contribute to community outreach, awareness campaigns, and partnership activations

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology or a related clinical discipline
  • Registered with the Health Professions Council of Zambia (HPCZ) or eligible to register
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical or counselling experience post-qualification
  • Demonstrated experience in corporate wellness or occupational mental health settings
  • A genuine passion for mental health advocacy and reducing stigma in the community
  • Comfortable delivering sessions both face-to-face and via telehealth/digital platforms
  • Strong communication skills — warm, professional, and adaptable across audiences
  • Energetic, self-driven, and aligned with a fast-growing startup environment

  • Experience with digital health tools or telehealth platforms
  • Background in youth mental health or school-based programmes
