Public Notice in Relation to Change of Land Use Tender at Kabwe Municipal Council

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: That in terms of Section 53 of the Urban and Regional Planning Act No. 3 of 2015, Stella Syamutete has applied to the Council as the Planning Authority for permission to change the use of land in respect of Stand No. KABW/11373 situated in Mukuyu from residential to commercial for purposes of an Events Centre. The property in question is approximately 881 square meters and is bordered by a road reserve to the north, stand No. 11379 to the south, a road reserve to the east and stand No. 11372 to the west, respectively. This change of land use may have significant environmental impacts on the amenity of the adjoining properties.

The application may be viewed at the Council, Civic Centre, Freedom Way, Kabwe and submissions or observations must be in writing and made within a period of thirty (30) days from 1st December 2025, being the first date of the period of the publication hereof.
