1. Quality Inspection and Assurance
- Monitor and inspect goods during receiving, storage, and dispatch
- Ensure products meet required quality standards before delivery
- Identify defects, damages, or inconsistencies
2. Compliance with Standards
- Ensure operations comply with company policies and industry standards
- Implement quality control procedures and guidelines
- Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory requirements
3. Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain accurate quality control records and inspection reports
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports
- Record non-conformities and corrective actions taken
4. Process Monitoring and Improvement
- Evaluate logistics processes to identify inefficiencies
- Recommend improvements to enhance quality and reduce errors
- Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
5. Staff Supervision and Training
- Supervise quality control staff and warehouse teams
- Train employees on quality standards and procedures
- Ensure staff follow proper handling and storage practices
6. Handling Customer Complaints
- Investigate complaints related to damaged or incorrect deliveries
- Identify root causes and implement solutions
- Provide feedback to management and relevant departments
7. Coordination with Departments
- Work closely with warehouse, transport, and procurement teams
- Ensure quality standards are maintained across the supply chain
8. Audits and Inspections
- Conduct internal audits and quality checks
- Prepare for external audits by clients or regulatory bodies
- Ensure continuous compliance
9. Risk Management
- Identify potential quality risks in logistics operations
- Implement measures to prevent losses or damages
10. Use of Quality Tools and Systems
