JOB DETAILS:
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, and tender documentation.
- Conduct material and labor cost analysis.
- Evaluate contractor and subcontractor work for payment certification.
- Monitor project budgets and ensure cost control.
- Participate in site visits and measurements to support valuation and reporting.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years proven experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Proficient in standard QS software and MS Office.
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Must be familiar with local building standards and contractual procedures.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 60
Level of Education: bachelor degree
