JOB DETAILS:
This is a permanent and pensionable role reporting to the Finance Manager.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise the receipt, inspection, weighing, and storage of raw materials.
- Ensure raw materials meet established quality standards and specifications.
- Monitor stock levels, material usage, and inventory records.
- Coordinate loading and offloading activities and ensure proper handling of materials.
- Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies, losses, or damages.
- Ensure proper storage, housekeeping, and compliance with health and safety procedures.
- Coordinate with Stores, Production, Procurement, and Quality Control sections.
- Prepare accurate stock reports and ensure traceability of raw materials.
Minimum Qualifications
- Full Grade 12 certificate
- Certificate in Agriculture or related course
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Computer Literacy (Office suite)
- Supervisory experience
