Job Purpose

To ensure the safe and efficient operation of the Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment Plant by monitoring, controlling, and maintaining all R/O equipment and processes. The role is responsible for producing treated water that meets Company, Food Safety, and Quality standards to support production operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the operation, recovery, efficiency calculation, maintenance in Shift.
• Coordinating with the user department.
• Maintaining the records of the down time and RCA.
• Preventive and annual maintenance planning and ensuring all activities are carried out within time.
• Responsible for the 5 S, Top5, Top15 and Top 60 targets.
• Responsible for the Reliability, RCA and OE loss analysis.

Qualifications and Required Experience

• Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience Fluidity bed boiler.
• Through knowledge of operation and maintenance on fall boiler equipment, RO, compressor and cooling tower.
• Should have Knowledge of Human safety and Equipment safety.
• B. E Mechanical / Diploma/ Trade Certificate for Boiler /Water treatment specialist with experience of 4 to 5. years in Similar plant.
• Full Grade 12 certificate.

Level of Education: bachelor degree
