JOB DETAILS:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful candidate will be required to report to the Chief Administrator and will be responsible for the following duties
• Managing effectively the development and implementation of the procurement plan in order to guide the procurement process and facilitate decision making;
• Managing efficiently the provision of secretarial services to the Judiciary Procurement Committee in order to facilitate smooth conduct of meetings;
• Managing timely and accurately the preparation of bidding documents to ensure transparency in tendering procedures and facilitate compliance with laid down procedures;
• Managing timely procurement of goods, services and works in order to meet end user requirements;
• Managing effectively the storage and distribution of goods, in order to ensure availability and safety;
• Managing periodically stock controls in order to facilitate implementation of appropriate interventions;
• Managing timely and accurately maintenance of records in order to facilitate efficient storage and retrieval of information; and
• Managing timely implementation of performance management systems in order to monitor and evaluate performance.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENT Minimum Primary/Secondary Education:
• Full Form V/Grade 12 School Certificate with at least 5 O'levels including English Minimum Vocational/Professional Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Purchasing and Supply or equivalent
• Valid Practising Certificate from Zambia Institute of Purchasing and Supply. Minimum Relevant Pre-

Job Experience:
• 8 years' experience with 3 years at management level
