RICHBEL CAR HIRE AND TOURS IN KITWE, is looking for Front Office/ Receptionist.

Qualifications

  • Education: A full Grade 12 Certificate with a minimum of 5 ‘O’ levels, including English.
  • Professional Training: A Diploma or Degree in Front Office Management, Secretarial Studies, Public Relations or Business Administration.
  • Experience: 1 -2 years of experience in a similar receptionist or customer-facing role.

  • Communication: Fluency in English with excellent verbal skills is essential for handling international and local clients.
  • IT Proficiency: Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment like printers and scanners.
