About the Role: Refrigeration Technician Jobs in Lusaka
As a Refrigeration Technician at Epic Foods Zambia, you will be responsible for maintaining, servicing, and repairing refrigeration units critical to our operations. Your expertise with transport refrigeration systems will ensure the reliability and efficiency of our equipment, supporting the company’s supply chain and product quality.
This full-time position is based in Lusaka, Zambia, and offers an excellent platform for experienced technicians to contribute their skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in refrigeration maintenance and repair
- Proficient hands-on experience with Thermo King, Transfrig, and Carrier refrigeration units
- Strong knowledge of transport refrigeration systems and their operation
- Proven ability to diagnose faults and perform preventive maintenance effectively
- Skilled in troubleshooting both electrical and mechanical issues related to refrigeration
- Responsive and efficient in handling refrigeration breakdowns
- Technical certification or a relevant trade qualification is preferred
- Valid reference letter, police clearance, and passport are required
