Its Head Office is located in the Lusaka’s Light Industrial Area along Nampundwe Road, Off Mumbwa Road. In its quest to maintain quality service delivery, the company seeks to recruit qualified highly motivated and goal-oriented professionals to fill the following positions.
Job Overview
The Refrigeration Technician will be responsible for installation, operation, and maintenance of refrigeration and cooling systems to ensure proper temperature control for production and storage facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain industrial refrigeration systems
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
- Monitor temperature control systems in production and storage areas
- Troubleshoot faults and carry out repairs
- Maintain maintenance records and logbooks
- Ensure safe handling of refrigerants
- Comply with safety, environmental, and company procedures
- Attend to breakdowns during shifts
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- Certificate or Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning / Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum of 2–5 years’ experience in industrial refrigeration
- Knowledge of ammonia refrigeration systems will be an added advantage
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Willingness to work shifts

Level of Education: associate degree
