Forest Africa (Z) Limited is a wholly owned Zambian company incorporated in 2017. The company is based in Lusaka with its offices and factory in Chilanga Mapepe area. The company specializes in the production of local scrumptious juices, jams, and other non-timber-based forest products derived from indigenous wild fruits, including Baobab, African Medlar and Monkey Bread. Forest Africa (Z) Limited operates a zero-waste philosophy where all parts of the baobab fruit are used efficiently. The fruit powder is processed into Mabuyu Juice, the Baobab seeds are pressed into an exquisite top notch non greasy oil used for skin and hair care while the shells are converted into eco-friendly charcoal briquettes that are used as energy source at our factory. Additionally, some seeds are reserved for reforestation of the baobab trees with over 3,000 plants available at our factory.

Forest Africa (Z) Limited is seeking proposals from qualified and interested companies to register as suppliers from 22nd June 2026 to 10th July 2026.

LOT 3: ICT Services (ICT Supply, repairs, and maintenance)

LOT 4: Consultancy Services – Projects, Financial Advisory, Operations, Human Resource, IT

LOT 5: Supply of Office Stationery & Printing Services

LOT 6: Supply of Office Furniture (tables, chairs, filing cabinets, shelves, etc.)

LOT 7: Supply of Office Equipment (Computers, printers, etc)

LOT 8: Insurance Services (health insurance, motor vehicles, and equipment)

LOT 9: Security Services – Manned Security

LOT 10: General Trading – office repairs, vehicle auctioneering, etc.

LOT 11: Advertising, Media, Video, and Photography services.

Terms and Conditions

1.      Current Suppliers and contractors must re-apply. Existing suppliers who do not reapply will cease to be on Forest Africa (Z) Limited suppliers list.

2.      Only successful organizations will be notified after preliminary evaluation.

3.      Interested vendors / suppliers should submit soft copies in one document and hard copies delivered to our premises (with clearly labelled categories - “LOTS”) to the address below.

5.      Applicants should send their company profiles clearly stating the physical address, telephone lines, valid email address, recent bank statements (3 months), ZRA registration, valid tax clearance certificate, certificates of registration/ incorporation, proof of past & current trade references and all relevant statutory documents for the business in a single document in the order mentioned. 

6.      Applicants should make a non-refundable fee payment of ZMW500.00 (Five Hundred Kwacha Only) which should be deposited to the Forest Africa (Z) Limited account details below. Kindly indicate as reference, the name of the organization for ease of reference.
