Bidding will be conducted through Open National Bidding (OBN) procedures as
specified in the Public Procurement Act No 8 of 2020 and the Public Procurement Regulations of 2011 is open to bidders registered with the National Council for Construction (NCC) in Category B Grades 6, 5 and Participation is reserved for bidders domiciled in Southern Province in accordance with part 91 1(c) and 2(a)(b) of the Public Procurement Act No 8 of 2020.

There will be a mandatory site visit on Friday 22nd April 2022 starting at
13:00 hours at Plot No 1126 Katete Avenue in Livingstone.
A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased upon
payment of a non-refundable fee of K1000.00 or its equivalent in any freely convertible currency. The method of payment will be through the Zambia Public Procurement Authority (ZPPA) Electronic Government Procurement (e-GP) system.
Bids shall be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening and must be
accompanied by a Bid Security of at least 2% of the Bid Sum as per format
attached in the bidding document. 6.

Submission Procedure
Bid submission will be electronic through the Zambia Public Procurement
Authority (ZPPA) Electronic Government Procurement (e-GP) system
