Inerun Zambia is looking for a creative and strategic Social Media & Client Acquisition Intern to help grow our digital presence and drive business growth. This is a 100% remote role designed for someone who lives and breathes social media and knows how to turn a follower into a client.

The Role at a Glance
Location: 100% Remote
Salary: K1,000 per month
Duration: 1-Year Contract
Probation Period: 3 Months
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Manage and grow our social media profiles (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) with engaging content.
- Lead Generation: Identify and engage with potential clients through digital platforms.
- Client Acquisition: Execute social media-based acquisition strategies to build our sales pipeline.
- Sales Performance: Meet and exceed assigned sales and acquisition targets.
- Community Management: Respond to comments and messages to maintain a professional brand voice.
- Analytics: Track engagement and lead conversion metrics to improve strategy.

- Social Media Savvy: You understand trends, algorithms, and how to create content that sticks.
- Target-Driven: You are motivated by reaching numbers and closing deals.
