Research & Publications Officer

Role Summary

The Research & Publications Officer will lead research initiatives, document project outcomes, and produce high-quality publications that showcase TikulaTech's work and thought leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research on technology, innovation, entrepreneurship, and digital transformation.
• Develop reports, policy briefs, white papers, case studies, and publications.
• Coordinate research projects and data collection activities.
• Analyze research findings and prepare recommendations.
• Support proposal development and grant writing.
• Maintain publication quality and editorial standards.
• Collaborate with project teams to document success stories and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Research, Development Studies, Social Sciences, ICT, or a related field.
• Experience in research, technical writing, or publications.
• Strong analytical and report-writing skills.
• Knowledge of research methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative design work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, or similar tools.
• Excellent creativity and attention to detail.
