Key Responsibilities:
Introduce and promote solar and energy storage products to customers in retail stores;
Engage with customers, answer product-related questions, and guide them through the purchasing decision;
Support in-store product display, arrange promotional materials, and maintain brand image;
Collect customer feedback and market information and report to the sales team;
Assist in offline promotional events such as outdoor campaigns and holiday sales promotions;
Maintain store cleanliness and order, and help with basic store operations when needed
Job Requirements:
High school education or above, preferably in Marketing, Sales, Energy, or a related field;
Prior experience in retail sales, field promotion, or sales of FMCG, electronics, or building materials is preferred;
Outgoing personality with strong communication skills and customer service awareness;
Ability to work under pressure in a customer-facing environment with basic sales skills;
Willingness to work on shifts or public holidays and ability to work well in a team.
